A night in the capital

On Friday me and Babe will go to Stockholm and stay the night at a hotel - COZY! :) <3

On my way...

Just a couple of hours and I'll be off. Will be well nice to come home and spend time with loved ones, eat yummy food, listen to Christmas music, slob infornt of the TV and simply chill.

Almost ready to hit the road

Just one more day of school and then I'm going back home for Christmas and New Years. Pretty much packed and ready - have packed lots like usual, but hopefully I can manage to get it all on the train.

Power Nap

Had a 3 hour nap after school today which was much needed. Also this morning I went to the clinic to get my yellow fever vaccination...man that nurse really stabbed me!

Tomelilla

Back in school after some time at home with loved ones. Two weeks left before my Christmas break. Haven't had time to start planning what presents to buy yet - so much in my mind atm...vaccinations, money..etc. At least I have booked my tickets to Kenya now, one thing to tick off my list.
One hour of class today...sometimes life is extremly easy.
Gonna head down to town later and see if I can manage to finally buy some x-mas gifts.

Miss my love already - thank god for Skype and phones :) Just two weeks to go till I see you again <3

Day with Mamma

Enjoyed some girly time with Mum this afternoon, a little bit of shopping, had yummy food at Cafe Deli, and talked a lot about life :) Thank you for a wonderful afternoon, Loooove you!
Also had a lovely time at Granny earlier today with lots of delicious treats!

Watoto children's choir

Last night the Ugandan children's choir, Watoto was performing in town. Had a really nice time and lovely company as well :)

Had a fun night yesterday, started with a little doorm party and then tried out the tiny pub here in Tomelilla - a good night over all!

Long day

Knackered as always after work...but everything is going perfectly fine :)

Bought some hair nutrition today as my hair is so harmed after all the colours and shit I put it through. Also found a super cute summer dress at H&M, some of my favourite colours in its pattern and it will look great with a tan. Treated myself to mineral water as well..my new favourite flavour.

En Papaya Coconut

Today has been a sunny Sunday. I settled down on the terrace with my favourite travel magazine, Vagabond, literally drowned myself in coconut oil and enjoyed the sun burning my white winter skin. After that Sunday dinner - PIZZA and Coke. To sum up it has been a pleasent weekend where I haven't had to do anything but relaxing.
Tomorrow's a new day and new week at work.

Valborg in U-town

Had a great Valborg in Uppsala yesterday. Celebrated with good old friends and lots of booze!

Sunny Sunday in Uppsala

Went to the cultural and idyllic city Uppsala today with my sister. Did a little bit of shopping, had an ice cream in the sun and met up with our good ol' friend Carro.

Bought sunglasses at Cubus, nail polish and lip gloss at H&M, and this adorable box and silver egg at Indiska.

Håkan Hellström Concert

Last night was great. Met up with my wingwoman Emmy and had some pre drinks there, after that we took a taxi to the arena and the awesome show began - Håkan Hellström is the most wonderful and sweet singer out there. TOP CLASS! Went out in the city afterwards with some drinks at Varda and ended the night dancing our asses off at BMB.

Family Reunion

Today it was time to pick up sis from the airport as she had finished the season in India. It's so incredibly wonderful to have the family gathered again (we travel a lot if I haven't mentioned that) it was several months ago. Happy Times <3
Sun was shining and I've said farewell to my fur for this time. Finished the evening with help from my sister to put highlights in my hair - 'Freestyle' was our motto!

Storm

An unstopable storm has been acting out its anger today over Sweden. Around 4pm it resulted in the electricity going down. For 5 hours no light, water, TV or computer - actually quite interesting how addicted we are to these. I captured this moment, lit some candles and read my book.
