Last day

Tomorrow my temp. job ends at IBM - 2 months just flew by! It's been a real pleasent time at the office and another useful experience to carry with me in the future. Thanks, IBM!

My advice to you all today: When was the last time you stopped and enjoyed a breath of fresh air, observed the birds in the sky, picked some flowers, stayed in bed letting the sun kiss your face through the window...? Don't rush through life, stop and live for a bit beacuse sooner than you think you will reach the finishing line.

Last night was Midsummer eve and we had a nice bbq dinner just the family. Today a bunch of relatives are coming for festivities here, dance around the pole, eat herring, drink and so much more :)

Mad Men

As everyone talks about Mad Men I felt I needed to see it as well...I'm only on season 1, but so far I like it a lot. Interesting to observe the interaction between the characters and especially the 'man's world macho shit' getting challenged by strong upcoming women.

How to make it in America

Currently my favourite tv-show and of course it's a HBO production. Too bad the first season only had 8 episodes...I can't wait for the second season to start :) Such a brilliant, cool, clever and sexy show!

Reunion

My beloved Christel came over today as it was the last chance for us to catch up before she goes to Kenya over the summer where she'll be working at a hospital. I will miss you babe, have an epic time!!! <3

My package from VitaPost arrived the other day with my Buckthorn Bodylotion by Weleda. It's fabulous and absolutely lush - well worth the money! Smells of summer and grape fruit. FYI - buckthorn is good for keeping the skin young and moist :)
